All staff were friendly and helpful and professional.

Care received has been good and thorough staff kind and friendly once in contact. However it was difficult to get a hold of them at times and be kept informed at the urgent treatment centre.

Manage expectations better at the initial stages upon arrival, it felt chaotic until reaching A&E where things ran much more smoothly and security staff could do more to keep violence away from vulnerable patients who are already ill/injured.
